Mo has been teaching Pilates for over 20 years and has trained with International Master Teacher Michael King in all Pilates disciplins, specializing in Remedial Pilates.

Mo has achieved ‘Star Pro Membership’ of the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) since they started over 10 years ago and has updated her training with them regularly.


As well as the Pilates Dicipline, Mo is also qualifiesd instructor in the popular BootyBarre and Flex and Flow, which is a mix of Pilates, Dance and Yoga, which was created by Tracey Mallett.

Mo has worked with all age groups and fitness levels, and has managed to help people from various Sports backgrounds such as Golf and Equestrian.
